A quarter century, in the order it happened.
- 2001 Prism Group acquired Purchased while serving as Partner and COO of BG Staffing. Operated since as CEO and Principal.
- 2006 Full ownership retained On the sale of his BG Staffing interest, John Cullens retained 100% ownership of Prism Group and continued it as an independent practice.
- 2001–2026 Clients from small business to the Fortune 500 IT services, project delivery, and flexible technical staffing across a client base spanning both ends of the market.
- Ongoing Two spin-offs in IT consulting While holding Prism, partnered with others to launch two additional entities in the IT consulting space.
- Ongoing TechServe Alliance leadership President of the DFW chapter, National Board member, and Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the IT staffing and services trade association.
- 2026 The advisory practice becomes Cullens Advisory Partners Client-facing advisory, search, transaction and technology work now carries the CAP name. Prism Group remains the entity of record.
